摘 要 随着电力电子技术的发展,电力电子装置正向更大容量和更小容量2个方面发展。小容量方面,正向以小家电、通讯设备、办公自动化、智能机器人等领域的驱动电源方向发展。以及各种新型控制器件和先进控制方法在电机调速系统中的应用,交流电机控制精度得到了极大的提高。为了满足高性能、高效节能和环保的要求,对电源的电压、电流、频率等指标的要求也随之提高。电机驱动电源的设计在电气传动领域中扮演着重要的角色。 本课题主要针对振荡式微型电机三相交流电源的仿真设计进行了研究和探讨,提出了相应的软、硬件设计方案,以EWB软件为设计开发平台,设计振荡式微型电动机三相变流电源仿真电路,实现将输入交流电转变成直流电,再将直流电转换成对称三相交流电。 论文阐述了振荡式微型电动机电源的基本单元电路,集成运算放大器AR1和外围元件R1,R2,R3,电容C1构成有源移相器的原理及特性;设计了以具有过流保护和过热保护等环节的集成功率放大器构成的有源移相器,再由3个相同的有源移相器构成闭环电路,产生振荡波,将直流电变换成对称的三相交流电,并采用电子电力计算机辅助EWB软件进行了仿真研究。 论文最后给出了实验结果和波形分析。结果表明微型振荡式电动机驱动电源的仿真设计给电机的驱动电源的设计提供了一个快捷的方法,可改变电路参数以满足各个领域对电机驱动电源电压、电流、频率等指标的要求;验证了设计的有效性和可行性。 关键词微型电机 震荡器 三相交流电源 仿真 Abstract With the development of power electronics technology, power electronics equipment forward greater capacity and smaller capacity of two aspects of development.
